Bourboun de Madagascar Natural Vanilla Flavor is a glycerin-based water-soluble concentrate that encapsulates the warmth and spicy character of vanilla. Its versatility allows it to be integrated in aqueous and fatty bases with up to 95% oil content, offering a practical solution to enhance flavors in various culinary and pastry preparations.
Shake well before use. Dose 0.8 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 6 drops) according to the desired intensity. Incorporate completely in the recipe to achieve a homogeneous distribution of the aroma. Do not consume directly; mix with other foods within the recommended dosage.
