On this occasion, our chefs have had the opportunity to remember and be inspired by traditions and Ingredients from Catalonia. Let us remember that Catalonia is a region with a rich culinary history and a fundamental component of the roots of Sosa Ingredients.

Below, you will find a selection of recipes for restaurant dishes and desserts, including a delicious Escudella Navideña. Although this dish is enjoyed in practically all communities in Spain during Christmas, Escudella, along with Canelones de San Esteban, are the most traditional dishes of this festive season in Catalonia.

Desserts could not be missing in this period of celebrations; for this, we have invited Chef Carles Mampel who offers us a version of Panettone with a base of the famous Crema Catalana.
