Enzymatic Fruit Peeler is an enzymatic preparation designed to perform molecular processes to effortlessly peel citrus fruits and remove residual white fibers. Based on natural enzymes, it achieves results that cannot be obtained with physical methods, such as pectin degradation to soften vegetable peels or stems.
Mode of use
To peel citrus fruit: 1.Prick the skin of the citrus fruit. 2.Dissolve 1 part enzyme in 10 parts water. 3.Place the citrus fruit in a bag, cover with the solution, and vacuum. 4.Wait 20 minutes, peel and rinse with cold water. To remove the white fibrous part: 1.Dissolve 1 part enzyme in 10 parts water. 2.Place the peeled citrus fruit in a bag with the solution, vacuum and heat to 40 °C in a water bath. 3. Leave for 20 minutes, remove the white fibers and rinse with cold water.
