Free Mold Hard is a bi-component material composed of food grade silicone (Component A) and a catalyst (Component B). Designed to create rigid silicone molds, it offers a firmer and more stable texture than Free Mold Soft, while maintaining non-stick properties and resistance to extreme temperatures. This product is ideal for elaborations with precise and defined shapes.
Mode of use
Make sure that the surface of the original is clean and free of residues. Mix 100 g of Component A with 10 g of Component B in a clean container until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Avoid overmixing or working in environments with temperatures above 35 ºC. Let the mold cure between 18 and 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 22-24 ºC. To eliminate bubbles, use a vacuum chamber or apply an initial coat with a brush before pouring the rest of the mixture.
