Mode of use
It is recommended to use the concentrated pastes at a dosage of 50 g/kg, adjusting according to the desired flavor intensity. To ensure uniform distribution, incorporate it directly into the dough, cream or mix, making sure to integrate it completely during the beating or mixing process.
