Mix the passion fruit pure and the albúmina powder and whip in the Kitchen Aid. In the meantime cook the sugar + liquid glucose + water until reach 130ºC. Then keep whipping at high speed until warm. Add the passion fruit natural flavor. Pour the mixture in a frame with the coating mixture on the bottom to avoid the marshmallow dough stick on the silpad or silicon sheet. For the coating mix, just mix the ingredients. Once the marshmallow mix ready, cut them and coat them with the coating mixture.
