Pork Churros

Ingredients

100 g Sosa Hot Gelcrem
200 g fresh cheese
50 g egg
80 g water
40 g Culinary Journey Pork Fond
100 g flour
10 g baking powder
5 g salt

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a kneader for 4 minutes until a firm and uniform dough is achieved.
Put the dough in a pastry bag with a ridged tip.
Heat the oil to 180 ║C and pipe 10 cm lengths into it. Fry until golden brown.
Once cold, sprinkle with rock sugar and serve in a paper cone.
