Tandoori Garam Masala Lamb Skewers

Ingredients

200 g diced lamb leg meat
100 g boiled Jasmine rice
Culinary Journey Tandoori Garam Massala Sauce
Culinary Journey Vegetables Chutney
Salt
Oil

Preparation

Marinate the diced lamb with the Tandoori Garam Massala Sauce for a few hours.
Thread the meat on skewers and lightly cook for about 3 minutes on a pan with oil.
Serve with Vegetables Chutney and the boiled Jasmine rice.
