Eggplant with Sumiso

Ingredients

1 eggplant
Sosa Corn Starch
Sosa Toasted Sesame
Sumiso Sauce Culinary Journey
Sunflower oil

Preparation

Cut the eggplant into one-inch slices and coat them in Corn Starch.
Fry with oil the coated eggplant until well golden.
In a skillet heat the Sumiso Sauce, dip the eggplant and cook for 1 min until they get well soaked.
Serve hot with Toasted Sesame seeds on top.
