Roasted Duck Magret with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

1 duck breast
Culinary Journey Hoisin Sauce
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Draw a grid with a knife on the skin side of the duck breast. Season.
Heat a pan and add the duck breast by the part of the skin.
Drizzle de duck breast with the released fat continuously. Cook the duck breast over medium heat for 5-7 min while drizzling.
Remove the magret from the pan and cut into slices.
Serve with the Hoisin Sauce on the side to dip.
