Ingredients

1 eggplant
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp Toasted Sesame Tahini Culinary Journey
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
Juice of half lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Sosa Powdered Paprika

Preparation

Previously, puncture the eggplant and cook in the microwave about 12 min with the power turned to high.
Cut the eggplant in half and remove all the meat.
Place it in a mixer vase, adding the garlic, the salt, the powdered cumin, the lemon juice and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cream it together.
Add the Toasted Sesame Tahini to the resulting cream and mix again.
Serve in a bowl with Powdered Paprika and extra virgin olive oil over it.
Accompany with pita bread.
