400 g cooked chickpeas
3 tbs Culinary Journey Toasted Sesame Tahini
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Sosa Dusted Paprika
1 tsp Sosa Toasted Sesame
Juice of 1 lemon
Pita bread


Wash and drain the chickpeas.
Add them to a blender vase with the lemon juice, the Tahini, the peeled garlic, and a bit of salt.
Grind until obtaining a creamy and consistent purée. If the result were too thick, it can be thinned with a little water.
Serve in a bowl and add some dusted paprika and toasted sesame, refreshing with a little olive oil. chopped parsley and dusted paprika. Accompany with pita bread.
