Thai Rice with Mango and Coconut Cream

Ingredients

100 g jasmine rice
150 ml water
15 g refined sugar
1 mango
1 pinch of salt
Culinary Journey Coconut Cream

Preparation

Place the rice with the water and cover. Bring to a boil and once boiling, lower the heat to the minimum and cook for 10 min.
Mix the Coconut Cream with the sugar and salt and moisten with a little water. Heat to break up the ingredients.
Add the rice to the mixture of Coconut Cream, cover and let cool.
Cut the mango cubes and arrange it with the rice with coconut.
