Roasted Duck Magret with Pago Sauce

Ingredients

1 duck breast
100 g cooked corn
Culinary Journey Pago Sauce
Salt

Preparation

Draw a grid with a knife on the skin side of the duck breast.
Heat a pan and add the duck breast by the part of the skin.
Drizzle de duck breast with the released fat continuously. Cook the duck breast over medium heat for 5 min while drizzling.
Take out the remaining fat of the pan and add the corn.
Add the Pago Sauce and cook for a bit the whole.
