Marinated Sardines

Ingredients

3 sardines
Culinary Journey Escabeche
Flour
Sal
Pepper
Oil

Preparation

Clean the sardines of guts and head but leave them whole. Season.
Coat them with flour and fry in oil.
Set the sardines aside, remove the oil from the pan and add the Escabeche (pickling brine). Bring to a boil and add the sardines again.
Set the sardines in a recipient, covered with the pickling brine. Let stand for a few hours before serving.
