600 g minced lamb
chopped onion
2 chopped cloves of garlic
1 tsp Sosa Paprika
1 tsp cumin
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Culinary Journey Ras al Hanout Sauce

Preparation

Add the chopped onion and the chopped cloves of garlic to the lamb, as well as the Paprika and the egg. Mix.
Add the cumin and the flour. Mix well.
Form elongated meatballs and pierce them with skewers.
Coat the brochettes with flour and fry in olive oil. Drain.
On a pan aside, heat the Ras al Hanout Sauce and drizzle with water.
Serve.
