Couscous with Vegetables

Ingredients

200 g wheat semolina
200 g water
½ carrot cut à la jardinière
1 laminated onion
1 zucchini cut into half moon
10 bunches of broccoli
Olive oil
Culinary Journey Harissa

Preparation

Fry lightly, previously cut and in cooking order, the carrot, the onion and the zucchini in a saucepan.
Add water until covering and add the broccoli.
Aside, bring to a boil the water and add the semolina, cover and remove from the heat. Let settle for 10 minutes.
Mix the couscous with the vegetables and serve with the Harissa.
