100 g toasted 'fideuà' noodles
30 g Culinary Journey Onion and Peppers Sofrito
50 g squid
2 prawns
200 g water
10 g Culinary Journey Fish Fond
Salt
Allioli
Parsley

Preparation

Fry the squid for 2 minutes in a pan, add the Onion and Peppers Sofrito and cook for another minute.
At this point add the noodles and the water and the Fish Fond. Boil until practically all the water has evaporated.
Add salt as required and pour into a special paella pan for noodles with the prawns on top. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes at 220ºC until the noodles curl.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with allioli in a separate bowl.
