Cod with Cauliflower and Garlic Sauce


1 cod loin 200g
1 potato
100 g cauliflower

Peel the potato and introduce it in a bowl with water with the cauliflower in bunches.
Cut the potato into 1 cm slices and introduce it in a casserole with water. Bring to a boil.
Add the cauliflower in bunches and a pinch of salt. Cover and cook for 10-15 min.
Enter the cod loins to the casserole, allow it to simmer and hold for 3 to 5 min. Remove everything and set aside. Save part of the cooking broth.
In a pan over high heat pour the Allada Galega. Add the saved broth and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Set on a plate and douse the garlic sauce gently on the loins of cod with potato and cauliflower.
