Salmon en Papillote


1 slice of salmon 180 g
1 leek
1 spring onion
25 ml white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chive (optional)
Culinary Journey Horseradish - Meerrettich


Place a piece of Carta Fata paper on a tray and oil it.
Place the sliced zucchini and the julienned leek and spring onion. Season.
Add the salmon on top. Season and drizzle with white wine.
Close all sides of the wrap tightly and cook in the oven at 190C for 15 minutes (preheat the oven first), until the bag is inflated.
Open carefully, add Horseradish - Meerrettich and garnish with chive. Serve a wrap of salmon en papillote per guest
