Ingredients Nadal Culinary Journey Droplets Home Chef Alt Camp Cocineros



350 ml water
15 g Culinary Journey Vegetables Fond
50 g leek
10 g chopped ham
20 g tomato
1 cabbage leaf
30 g courgette
20 g carrot
20 g potatoes
30 g French green beans
20 g Parmesan cheese


Finely chop the leek and sauté the chopped ham with a dash of oil. Once browned add the water and the Vegetables Fond.
While it boils cut all the vegetables into 0.5 cm dice.
After 5 minutes add all the chopped vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt as required and serve in an individual soup dish with grated cheese.
