Café de Paris Entrecôte

Ingredients

1 entrecôte of 400 g
Culinary Journey Café de Paris Sauce
Pepper

Preparation

Warm the steak in the oven at 50°C for 50 minutes.
Season the meat on both sides.
In a hot griddle with oil, lightly cook the entrecôte on both sides until golden (about 2 minutes each side).
Remove from the griddle and take the bone out. Cut it into sections.
Serve it covered with the Café de Paris Sauce heated in the same pan where we have cooked the meat.
