Beef Cap i Pota (Tripe Catalan Dish)

Ingredients

60 g Culinary Journey Onion Sofrito
100 g Culinary Journey Brava Sauce
100 g cooked chickpeas
300 g cooked beef offal
500 ml water
Salt

Preparation

Mix the Onion Sofrito and the Brava Sauce in a pan, lightly heat and add the chickpeas and the chopped offal.
Add the water, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes over a low heat. Add salt as required and serve in an individual dish with chopped parsley on top.
