Le Brioche Alballana en fait partie. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Lorena Criollo,<em> cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re et formatrice chez Valrhona,<\/em> ce brioche a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la <strong>P\u00e2ques 2026 : <\/strong>une pi\u00e8ce de viennoiserie de saison o\u00f9 la technique et le go\u00fbt se fondent \u00e0 chaque couche, \u00e0 chaque tranche, \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Vanille, noisette torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e et abricot. Un trio de saveurs qui devient une d\u00e9claration d\u2019intention sur ce dont la p\u00e2tisserie moderne est capable lorsque la technique est au service du go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019\u00e2me de la pi\u00e8ce : un brioche \u00e0 la vanille<\/h2>\n\n<p>La base de tout, c\u2019est le <strong>brioche.<\/strong> Et un brioche \u00e0 la vanille bien ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 est, en lui-m\u00eame, un chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019\u00e9quilibre : une p\u00e2te tendre, feuillet\u00e9e en texture, avec ce parfum chaud et profond que seule une vanille de qualit\u00e9 peut apporter.
