Elles constituent une base polyvalente en p\u00e2tisserie et en cuisine moderne\u00a0: elles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme int\u00e9rieurs de desserts, toppings, inserts dans des tartes, des chocolats ou m\u00eame comme accompagnements pour des plats sal\u00e9s, apportant une touche fra\u00eeche et une explosion de saveur naturelle. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans ces recettes, nous avons voulu explorer le monde des agrumes, <strong>en cr\u00e9ant deux versions de gel\u00e9e<\/strong> qui capturent toute l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 du go\u00fbt et de la couleur de ces fruits\u00a0: une \u00e0 la poire et une \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange.
