Ce format est id\u00e9al pour explorer des saveurs sal\u00e9es, comme dans cette version.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nous nous sommes inspir\u00e9s du salmorejo, une soupe froide embl\u00e9matique d\u2019Andalousie, traditionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec des tomates, du pain, de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et de l\u2019ail.
