Cette soupe froide, con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l\u2019origine pour valoriser le pain rassis et les l\u00e9gumes du potager, est aujourd\u2019hui devenue un terrain d\u2019expression cr\u00e9atif dans la gastronomie contemporaine. Traditionnellement consomm\u00e9 pendant les mois les plus chauds, le gaspacho s\u2019invite aussi bien dans la cuisine familiale que dans les cartes des restaurants gastronomiques.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans cette version revisit\u00e9e, nous proposons un <strong>Gaspacho de betterave et framboise,<\/strong> o\u00f9 la profondeur terreuse de la betterave rencontre la fra\u00eecheur acidul\u00e9e de la framboise. Une combinaison vibrante qui conserve l\u2019essence rafra\u00eechissante du gaspacho traditionnel, tout en apportant une touche moderne et aromatique.
