Dans<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Hukambi et Cerise\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> le chocolat et la cr\u00e8me de la traditionnelle <em>For\u00eat Noire<\/em> sont r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 travers une composition qui inclut de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, du sorbet et de multiples textures, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des contrastes de temp\u00e9rature qui \u00e9veillent le palais. <\/p>\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la technique, Jason nous rappelle que la connexion \u00e9motionnelle avec un dessert est le v\u00e9ritable objectif : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un go\u00fbte votre cr\u00e9ation et se souvient d&rsquo;un bon moment, vous avez atteint l&rsquo;essentiel en tant que p\u00e2tissier\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jason Tan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jason Tan<\/strong> a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me avec mention en 2009 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Le Cordon Bleu d&rsquo;Australie. Depuis, il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solide carri\u00e8re en Australie et \u00e0 Singapour, travaillant dans des h\u00f4tels et des restaurants haut de gamme. Il a dirig\u00e9 le programme de p\u00e2tisserie et de boulangerie \u00e0 l&rsquo;At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy de Singapour, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9galement encadr\u00e9 de jeunes talents lors de concours locaux et internationaux. Il a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 Singapour \u00e0 l&rsquo;Asian Gelato Cup 2018 et \u00e0 la World Gelato Cup 2020 \u00e0 Rimini.
