Il tire ses origines de la cuisine britannique et doit son nom \u00e0 Arthur Wellesley, le premier duc de Wellington, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour sa victoire \u00e0 la bataille de Waterloo. Cette recette allie le raffinement du b\u0153uf \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange exquis de saveurs, le tout envelopp\u00e9 dans une couche croustillante de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e cuite au four.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration classique du <em>Sirloin Wellington<\/em> consiste \u00e0 saisir un filet de b\u0153uf \u00e0 son degr\u00e9 de cuisson optimal, puis \u00e0 l&rsquo;enrober d&rsquo;une fine couche de <em>duxelles<\/em>, un m\u00e9lange de champignons, d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes et d&rsquo;herbes finement hach\u00e9s et saut\u00e9s.
