Le secret ? Remplacer le beurre par de la graisse de coco et de l&rsquo;huile de tournesol, ce qui donne une texture douce et l\u00e9g\u00e8re sans la saveur intense du beurre, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la d\u00e9licieuse saveur de <strong>framboise<\/strong> d \u00bb \u00eatre la star incontest\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n<p>De plus, ils ont incorpor\u00e9 de la <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #00cfab;\">Tr\u00e9halose,<\/mark><\/strong> un \u00e9dulcorant avec un pouvoir sucrant plus faible qui permet de profiter d&rsquo;une douceur \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, sans masquer la saveur naturelle des ingr\u00e9dients. L&rsquo;utilisation de la Tr\u00e9halose n&rsquo;ajoute pas seulement une touche de douceur, mais contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 une meilleure absorption des saveurs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour <strong>intensifier le go\u00fbt et la couleur,<\/strong> il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/fr\/produit\/framboise-lyophilisee-poudre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Taste Colour Framboise Lyophilis\u00e9e en poudre,<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9vitant ainsi l&rsquo;ajout de trop de pulpe de framboise, ce qui a permis de maintenir la consistance souhait\u00e9e dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cookie. De plus, un colorant <strong>Food Colour<\/strong> enti\u00e8rement naturel a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour rehausser la couleur vibrante des cookies, atteignant une teinte plus intense sans compromettre la qualit\u00e9 ni le caract\u00e8re naturel des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fcf5f4\"><strong>COLORANT ALIMENTAIRE<\/strong>: <em>colorants naturels en poudre, <\/em>extraits de jus de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes, soumis \u00e0 un processus de concentration, d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation et de filtration. Ils sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des ingr\u00e9dients et non comme des additifs et leur dosage n&rsquo;est pas limit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pour rehausser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sensorielle, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une d\u00e9coration exquise en utilisant un m\u00e9lange de <strong>30 % de couverture de<\/strong> chocolat <strong>blanc Ariaga Valrhona<\/strong> avec de la poudre de framboise lyophilis\u00e9e, ce qui ajoute une touche de sophistication et un contraste de texture.
