Du 3 au 5 novembre 2025, nous \u00e9tions de nouveau pr\u00e9sents au Parc des expositions de Barcelone, r\u00e9affirmant ainsi notre engagement en faveur de l&rsquo;innovation, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 culinaire et du soutien technique aux professionnels de la gastronomie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement est pour nous l&rsquo;occasion de renouer avec nos clients, de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles collaborations avec des chefs, des p\u00e2tissiers et des glaciers, et d&rsquo;explorer les tendances qui transforment le secteur.
