Coy, Daniel \u00c1lvarez et <strong>Sandra Ornelas<\/strong>, <strong>chef formatrice en p\u00e2tisserie chez Valrhona Espagne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les sp\u00e9cialistes ont salu\u00e9 la <strong>qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/strong>, qui a attir\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 300 inscrits, ce qui a constitu\u00e9 un record pour le concours, qui n&rsquo;avait jamais atteint un nombre aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 de participants.
