Notre directrice du marketing, Lilibeth Rivas, et Francisco Migoya ont eu l&rsquo;honneur d&rsquo;animer une discussion passionnante avec quatre profils exceptionnels et sp\u00e9cialistes dans leurs secteurs respectifs : Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bau, cr\u00e9ateur de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole Valrhona et auteur de la \u00ab Gula Razonada \u00bb ; Joyce Galv\u00e3o, Will Goldfarb et Jordi Bordas. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ensemble, ces quatre professionnels ont apport\u00e9 des perspectives uniques sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans la cr\u00e9ation de recettes, la durabilit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients, l&rsquo;importance des produits locaux et le r\u00f4le fondamental des femmes dans l&rsquo;industrie.
