Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont accueilli plus de 150 chefs, leur donnant un aper\u00e7u exclusif de l&rsquo;approche unique, technique et scientifique de la p\u00e2tisserie qui diff\u00e9rencie la m\u00e9thode B-Concept des masterclasses habituelles. Cette approche innovante vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des p\u00e2tisseries plus saines, plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res et plus savoureuses en utilisant des ingr\u00e9dients naturels. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9actions des chefs pr\u00e9sents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement positives, soulignant les techniques innovantes et les <strong>choix d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients plus sains<\/strong> d\u00e9fendus par Jordi Bordas.
