Mais avant de plonger dans les d\u00e9tails de cette nouvelle r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, faisons un bref rappel sur ce qu&rsquo;est le TPT et pourquoi il est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment si crucial dans le monde de la p\u00e2tisserie.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le TPT ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le TPT, ou \u00ab Tant pour Tant \u00bb, est une expression fran\u00e7aise qui se traduit litt\u00e9ralement par \u00ab tant pour tant \u00bb et se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales d&rsquo;amandes moulues et de sucre glace<\/mark><\/strong>. Ce m\u00e9lange est un ingr\u00e9dient fondamental dans la p\u00e2tisserie fran\u00e7aise, et son utilisation est particuli\u00e8rement importante dans la fabrication de <strong>macarons<\/strong>, qui sont de petites douceurs rondes et croustillantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, mais douces et moelleuses \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire du TPT est li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la p\u00e2tisserie europ\u00e9enne, en particulier depuis le Moyen \u00c2ge, lorsque les amandes ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans la fabrication de bonbons et de g\u00e2teaux. Les amandes, qui \u00e9taient et restent un ingr\u00e9dient de luxe, \u00e9taient moulues et m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec du sucre pour cr\u00e9er une p\u00e2te qui servait de base \u00e0 de nombreuses pr\u00e9parations. Avec le temps, ce m\u00e9lange s&rsquo;est standardis\u00e9 dans la <strong>proportion de 50 % de farine d&rsquo;amande + 50 % de sucre glace, donnant naissance au TPT<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sosa TPT Macaron<\/h2>\n\n<p>Maintenant, parlons de notre <strong>TPT pour macaron<\/strong>. Ce produit n&rsquo;est pas seulement un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients ; c&rsquo;est <em>le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un processus de d\u00e9veloppement m\u00e9ticuleux o\u00f9 nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre les plus hauts standards de qualit\u00e9<\/em>. Nous sommes fiers de proposer un produit qui satisfait les besoins des productions semi-industrielles et artisanales.<\/p>\n\n<p>Notre TPT MACARON se distingue par <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">un m\u00e9lange qui apporte une texture optimale au macaron<\/mark><\/strong> gr\u00e2ce au contr\u00f4le exhaustif de la granulom\u00e9trie, avec 80 % \u00e0 100 % de la farine raffin\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 mm. De plus, le contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, tant de l&rsquo;amande que de la farine, \u00e9limine la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de tamiser ou d&rsquo;utiliser un robot, ce qui permet de gagner un temps pr\u00e9cieux en cuisine.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La recette de notre TPT pour macaron comprend de la farine d&rsquo;<strong>amandes d&rsquo;origine espagnole<\/strong>, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Valencia, l&rsquo;une des plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es au monde pour son <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">go\u00fbt intense et sa teneur en graisses saines<\/mark><\/strong>.
