La cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re classique est \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">base de lait aromatis\u00e9 au go\u00fbt et sucr\u00e9, \u00e9paissie avec du jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et de l&rsquo;amidon<\/mark><\/strong> (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de ma\u00efs), qui est chauff\u00e9e au minimum \u00e0 80 \u00b0C pour que l&rsquo;amidon et le jaune coagulent. Elle est utilis\u00e9e comme garniture ou couverture en p\u00e2tisserie, comme dessert en soi ou comme sauce dessert.
