Added to this is a <em>strawberry compote,<\/em> prepared with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/en\/product\/pectin-fruit-nh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pectin Fruit NH,<\/a><\/strong> which provides body, a velvety sensation, and stability without losing the pure flavor of the strawberry.
