In this preparation, we have used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/en\/product\/goma-xantana-clear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Clear Xanthan Gum<\/strong>,<\/a> a thickener that allows liquids to be thickened while maintaining their <strong>crystalline appearance,<\/strong> without opacity or turbidity. This property makes it a perfect ally for applications where the aesthetics and purity of the main ingredient are essential.<\/p>\n\n<p>The most interesting thing about this recipe is that we apply CLEAR XANTHAN GUM directly on an <em>alcoholic base<\/em> such as vodka, preserving its transparency and aromatic intensity, something that would not be possible with other traditional thickeners.
