In our continuous quest to offer innovative ingredients for modern gastronomy and pastry, we have had the honor of collaborating with Disfrutar Restaurant, a<\/strong> benchmark of avant-garde cuisine that has been awarded multiple prizes, including three Michelin stars and recognition as the Best Restaurant 2024 in the “50th Best Restaurants” awards.<\/p>\n\n

This collaboration has allowed us to conduct tastings with our Procrunx<\/a><\/strong> product, a high-quality wheat dextrin that provides an exceptional and long-lasting crunchy texture in various preparations.<\/p>\n\n

Today, we invite you to discover one of the first recipes resulting from this collaboration: Dentelles Neutras<\/strong> with Procrunx!<\/p>\n\n

What are the Dentelles?<\/h2>\n\n

Dentelles<\/strong> are very thin crunchy slices that are traditionally prepared in the pastry world.
