This time in our recipe blog, we want to share with you a delicious raspberry sorbet<\/strong> ice cream recipe ,<\/strong> inspired by the Pantone<\/strong> color of the year 2023: Viva Magenta<\/strong>. In our company of ingredients for haute cuisine, we have a team of technical chefs who are responsible for designing and creating innovative and delicious recipes. <\/p>\n\n

For this recipe, we used natural raspberry puree, which is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. The deep pink color of the raspberries is perfect for achieving the vibrant magenta hue we were looking for. In addition, the sweet and tart flavor of the raspberries gives the ice cream a fresh and delicious taste. <\/p>\n\n

For the stabilization of the ice cream, we have used Prosorbet 100 Fr\u00edo Natur,<\/a><\/strong> which is a mixture of stabilizers, thickeners, fibers, and sugars. The Prosorbet 100 Fr\u00edo Natur,<\/a><\/strong> helps us to stabilize easily and directly, contributing 10% solids to the recipe.<\/p>\n\n
