Our commitment to innovation, technique and excellence has led us to sponsor several qualifying rounds of the <strong>Coupe du Monde de la P\u00e2tisserie (CMP),<\/strong> a competition that brings together the world\u2019s best pastry teams and serves as a creative engine for the entire pastry community. <\/p>\n\n<p>For this edition, we are proud to announce our participation as <strong>premium sponsors <\/strong>of the <em>European Selection<\/em> of the <strong>CMP<\/strong>, taking place on January 18 and 19, 2026, during Sirha<strong> Bake &amp; Snack<\/strong>, an essential event for bakery, pastry and snacking professionals. This stage will bring together the top national teams in a technical, festive and highly competitive atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participating teams in the European Selection<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The organization has confirmed the participation of the following countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Belgium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Italy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Netherlands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>United Kingdom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each team arrives after winning their respective national selections held throughout 2025. After a long absence, the country returns to the competition with a talented and cohesive team, eager to reclaim visibility on the international stage. From the very beginning, <strong>we wanted to support them in a natural, organic and mission-aligned way.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The team consists of:<\/em><br\/>\u2022 <strong>Marcos D\u00edaz,<\/strong> captain and chocolate candidate.<br\/>\u2022 <strong>Albert Soler,<\/strong> ice candidate.<br\/>\u2022 <strong>Toni Pons,<\/strong> sugar candidate.<br\/>\u2022 <strong>Jordi Guillem,<\/strong> team delegate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For us, supporting these professionals is a natural bet. Spain has a pastry community of enormous potential, with firms that are developing their own language based on technique, flavor and artisanal sensibility.
