We are pleased to see our technical texturizing products in the <strong>Supermarket<\/strong> for another year; a space that has been renovated and expanded and is added within the 600-square-meter recording set that also includes the living room and kitchens with 30 workstations. <\/p>\n\n<h2>Sosa Ingredients in the MasterChef Kitchens<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have already been able to observe the use of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/lecitina-de-soja-en-polvo-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soy Lecithin<\/a><\/strong> for a preparation with foam; within Alex&#8217;s proposal in his <em>\u201cRisotto with Gorgonzola Cheese Foam<\/em>.&#8221; As well as the use of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/gelificante-vegetal-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Vegetable Gelatin<\/strong><\/a> used by Eneko in his proposal of <em>\u201cParmigiana Risotto in a Guanciale Veil.\u201d<\/em> We are extremely pleased with how, program after program, the participants take more risks in using our SOSA products.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We eagerly await another week of <strong>\u201cMasterchef\u201d<\/strong> in its eleventh edition, as within the content that has been promised, we will be able to see: ancestral conservation techniques, a veal race, a honey battle, the presentation of a breadless sandwich, and the creation of a cocoa tree, where we will surely see the best chocolate for the delight of the diners.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The broadcasts can be seen on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. on La 1 and RTVE Play, and follow the news closely through their Instagram profile @masterchef_es<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cMasterChef\u201d, one month after its premiere, has already conquered the promise of experiencing gastronomic adventures, with talent and participants facing a double format of tests that have become two weekly appointments in its broadcasts.
