This year, the event was held from November 4 to 6, 2024 at the Montjuic complex &#8211; Barcelona, and our stand B217 was the epicenter of innovation and flavor. <\/p>\n\n<p>In this edition, we shared our stand with some of the prestigious brands of <strong>Valrhona Selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Valrhona, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adamance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adamance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.norohy.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Norohy.<\/a> Together, we presented a comprehensive range of high-quality products that delighted attendees and showcased the best of contemporary gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Texturizing Wheel<\/h2>\n\n<p>One of the highlights of our participation was the presentation of our reflection work on current texturizers, which we call <strong>\u201cThe Texturizing Wheel\u201d.<\/strong> This innovative tool aims to be a visual map that facilitates product selection and solves everyday problems in the kitchen or workshop.<\/p>\n\n<p>We invite all interested parties to download the Texturizing Wheel for printing and daily use in their kitchens.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-a89b3969 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/?sdm_process_download=1&amp;download_id=23963\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DOWNLOAD TEXTURIZING WHEEL<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasting Menu<\/h2>\n\n<p>During the three days of the Forum, we offered an exclusive <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/?sdm_process_download=1&amp;download_id=23973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tasting Menu<\/a><\/strong> that allowed our clients and attendees to delight in the creations of our technical team of chefs. Each dish was a demonstration of our passion for gastronomy and commitment to innovation and quality.<\/p>\n\n<p>We thank everyone who visited us at stand B217 and shared these days of inspiration and learning with us.
