The event was led by the esteemed <strong>Chef Leafy NG,<\/strong> <em>Asia Ambassador of Sosa Ingredients,<\/em> who showcased his expertise in using innovative culinary techniques and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The workshop focused on the teaching and sharing of <strong>culinary bases and texturants,<\/strong> providing participants with a rich learning experience. Chef Leafy NG demonstrated the versatility of Sosa Ingredients through the creation of four exquisite desserts, each highlighting the unique textures and flavours achievable with these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tasting began with <strong>Koji gelato<\/strong>: <em>paired with honey bird nest and blood orange cream<strong>,<\/strong><\/em> followed by a refreshing <strong>White peach ginger<\/strong> <strong>foam<\/strong> with <em>amaretto foam and almond crumble.<\/em> The third dessert featured <strong>Coconut brulee<\/strong> <em>with koji jelly and bergamot gel<\/em>, while the final offering was a <strong>Salted Lime<\/strong>: <em>p\u00e2te de fruits with yuzu whipped ganache and Opalys Yuzu Popping Eskimo Glaze.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"alignnormal\"><div id=\"metaslider-id-36374\" style=\"width: 100%;\" class=\"ml-slider-3-108-0 metaslider metaslider-flex metaslider-36374 ml-slider has-dots-nav ms-theme-bubble\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"Sosa China - Leafy June25\" data-height=\"500\" data-width=\"600\">\n    <div id=\"metaslider_container_36374\">\n        <div id=\"metaslider_36374\">\n            <ul class='slides'>\n                <li style=\"display: block;
