This 2025 edition, we had the honor of participating in the <strong>international spring meeting,<\/strong> a prestigious gathering of more than one hundred pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and ice cream makers from all over the world \u2014 all united by a shared passion for craftsmanship and excellence.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sosa Ingredients<\/strong> was represented by our CEO, Daniel Rio, and pastry chef Jean Sivieude who were present throughout the event to personally engage with the attendees.
