He was executive pastry chef at the <strong>H\u00f4tel Le Bristol Paris,<\/strong> where he established a reputation for his refined, balanced and contemporary style. He is currently International <strong><em>Pastry Creation Chef at Masion Ladur\u00e9e, <\/em><\/strong>where he leads the development of new collections, shaping the future of one of the most iconic French patisseries.
