But the connection between <g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\">Sosa Ingredients<\/g><\/g> and culinary creativity did not end there. Mar Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez was also awarded the <strong><span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">\u201cSosa Award for Creative Dessert\u201d<\/span><\/strong> for her exceptional presentation \u201cShiso, almond and cucumber\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the <strong><span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">\u201cValrhona Award for the best chocolate dessert\u201d<\/span><\/strong> was given to Alberto Montes from Restaurante Atrio *** (C\u00e1ceres) for his impressive creation: \u201cCocoa, banana and spices\u201d.
