Achieving a sweet treat with a wonderful appearance, but lacking an intense and appealing flavor, is pointless. How can we obtain <strong>more flavor in pastry making<\/strong>? We&#8217;ll uncover that in the following lines.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Best Products to Enhance the Flavor of Cakes<\/h2>\n\n<p>There are many products that <strong>enhance the flavor of cakes<\/strong>. However, generally speaking, we can classify them into two categories: <span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">ingredients and texturizers.<\/span> Let&#8217;s delve into some of them.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products for Flavoring Meringues<\/h3>\n\n<p>We can replace the water in the egg white with <strong>flavor<\/strong> by using fruit pulp or flavored liquids and including <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/albuwhip-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Albuwhip<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/potatowhip-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Potatowhip<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/albuwhip-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Albuwhip<\/a><\/strong> is a protein that allows us to whip any watery liquid in a stable manner, replacing the water in the egg white with flavor, thus multiplying the flavor of our pastry creations by 10.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the following demonstration, <em><span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">How to replace the water in egg whites with flavor?<\/span><\/em> we develop several recipes where we apply <strong>Albuwhip<\/strong> in meringue, sponge cake, mousse, and macaron.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"ALBUWHIP: \u00bfC\u00f3mo substituir el agua de la clara de huevo por sabor?\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GwxPoJMe-s4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Natur Emul<\/h3>\n\n<p>We can <strong>substitute the flavor of the egg yolk<\/strong> in preparations where this flavor is not desired, such as in a <span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">fruit mousse.<\/span> How? By replacing the emulsifying capacity of the yolk with a natural emulsifier like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/en\/descargable\/natur-emul-comment-remplacer-le-jaune-doeuf-dans-vos-emulsions\/natur-emul-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Natur Emul<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inulin and Fruit Puree<\/h3>\n\n<p>We can also <strong>substitute fats<\/strong> such as butter, cream, or egg yolk in recipes where we want to enhance other flavors, such as that of fruits. In this case, inulin is a great ally to provide a fatty sensation and thus enhance the flavors. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=inulina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inulin<\/a> is a fructan, present in tubers and roots.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concentrated pastes<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Sosa&#8217;s concentrated pastes of natural origin,<\/strong> in addition to providing flavor, add color. They are especially suitable for <span class=\"loftocean-highlight highlight\">ice cream, <em>mousse,<\/em> glaze, or cream.<\/span> Among them, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/yuzu-en-pasta-natural-500g-sosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sosa natural yuzu paste<\/a> stands out, a citrus fruit originating from East Asia.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liquid Aromas<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Sosa&#8217;s liquid aromas<\/strong> are used when we want to enhance the flavor without modifying the color or texture.
