Ingredients

    • 250g - Water
    • 250g - Sugar
    • 20g - Elastic
    • 1u - Vanilla pods

Prepared by

    1. Mix all the ingredients together when cold and bring to a boil.
    2. Pour onto a stainless steel plate, tilting the plate to spread the gelatin.
    3. Allow to crystallize at room temperature. Cut and shape as desired.
