Prepared by

    1. Blend the tomato juice with the salt, pepper, cold Gelcrem and procrunx for about 2 minutes.
    2. Spread the mixture on a silpat with a thickness of 2 mm.
    3. Dehydrate for 6 hours at 60°C.
    4. Reserve in a tupper with Dry sec.
