Prepared by

    1. Blend the tomato juice with salt, pepper, Gelcream cold, and procrunx for about 2 minutes.
    2. Spread the mixture on a silpat to a thickness of 2 mm.
    3. Dehydrate for 6 hours at 60°C.
    4. Store in a tupperware with dry sec.
